"Promise This" is the lead single by British recording artist Cheryl Cole from her upcoming second studio album, Messy Little Raindrops, scheduled for release in the United Kingdom on 25 October 2010. The uptempo dance-pop single features lyrics alluding to the breakdown in her marriage to Ashley Cole as well as her recovery from malaria.
