"Million Dollar Bill" together with "I Look To You" are the first two singles from Whitney Houston's new album, I Look To You, released on August 31, 2009. The album entered the Billboard 200 at #1, marking Houston's first number one album since The Bodyguard. It was also her first studio album to reach #1 since Whitney in 1987.
