Prince - Kiss

"Kiss" is a 1986 song by Prince and the Revolution, from the album Parade. Originally a short acoustic demo, Prince gave the song to the funk band Mazarati for their debut album. The song was reworked by the band, giving it its stripped-down minimalist sound. Prince was so impressed with their work and decided to take back the song for himself.

Prince - Purple Rain

"Purple Rain" is the third single and title track by Prince and the The Revolution from Prince's 1984 album of the same name. The song combines elements of rock and roll, pop and gospel music and is widely considered as one of Prince's signature songs. It peaked at #2 on the US Billboard Hot 100.
